Halle was fortunate enough to have started her career in politics with then Senate  Minority Leader Tom Daschle. She has gone on to work on over 15+ Senate campaigns, numerous House campaigns and worked at the DSCC for two cycles.

Halle and HM Consulting have been engaged with a wide variety of races varying in size and fundraising goals in the past 20+ years.  

Halle resides in Silver Spring, MD with her husband, two kids and two rescue dogs.  She volunteers for many community organizations and is active with the US Mexico Foundation and ACYPL Programs. 

Halle is a proud Pennsylvania native and graduate of the University of Pittsburgh.  

Vida Wadhams is originally from the San Francisco Bay Area. She holds a BA in Political Sciences and History from Bucknell University. Vida has worked researching theories of radical feminism, democracy, and social unrest, as well as analyzing the changing immunization landscape in the U.S. as an impact of COVID-19. 

In her free time, she enjoys painting and cooking, and experiencing Washington, D.C.!

Maddie Jordan is a University of Georgia graduate, holding a Masters and Bachelors degree in Political Science and International Affairs. Her research mainly focused on congressional campaigns, constitutional law, and interactions between the United States Congress and Presidency.

Maddie was born and raised in Georgia and is a sports fanatic who loves all things Georgia Bulldogs and Atlanta Braves. In her free time, she enjoys working out, drinking coffee and trying to find her favorite Great American Novel.

Maddie is excited to be a resident of Washington, D.C., and join HM Consulting full-time after interning during her Spring Semester of 2022.

Caroline graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Colorado Boulder in May 2023 with a degree in Political Science and minors in Spanish and Sociology. 

Caroline has previously worked as a legislative intern in both the Colorado and US House of Representatives and has a demonstrated passion for civic engagement and community outreach. She is originally from the San Francisco Bay Area.

Anna is a graduate of Boston College with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies. Her undergraduate research focused on humanitarian organizations and the United Nations Security Council. She began her career as a Field Organizer for the Fairfax County Democratic Committee, working on statewide and local elections in Northern Virginia.

In her free time, Anna loves to walk with Charli (her family's Shih Tzu puppy), enjoy the outdoors, and solve crossword puzzles!

Virginia is a proud Montgomery County, Maryland native. She graduated from Emory University with dual majors in Political Science and Sociology. Virginia got her start in politics working on the US Senate Floor as a Chamber Assistant. Her past research has focused on electoral integrity, labor unions, and the federal government. In her free time, Virginia enjoys arts and crafts, Pilates, thrift shopping and exploring restaurants around DC!

Anna Margaret Burnett graduated from the University of Arkansas Fulbright Honors College with a Political Science major and Communications and Legal Studies minors. Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, she interned for her hometown Congressman while in college. Anna Margaret started her career working as an Advance Associate for the Harris Walz Campaign before working in nonprofit fundraising and event production with Kimball Stroud and Associates. She joined the HM Consulting team in June of 2025! 

Anna Margaret loves cheering on the Arkansas Razorbacks, Ole Miss Rebels, and Memphis Grizzlies. In her free time, Anna Margaret enjoys exploring DC with her roommates and taking workout classes.
